A practical approach to building what works
Most of what I know, I learned by building — managing properties, refining systems, navigating growth, and working inside businesses where performance matters. I’ve spent years in operational roles where decisions impact revenue, teams, and long-term sustainability.
Over the past several years, I’ve worked in the vacation rental industry overseeing more than 60 private homes across New England.
The work required consistency across guest experience, owner relationships, pricing strategy, and team coordination — the elements that shape how something is experienced and ultimately chosen.
Alongside that, I’ve built and overseen my own family properties, maintaining Premier Host status and a consistent 4.9/5 star rating since 2020.
Through that experience, I developed a deep understanding of positioning, perception, and what drives decision-making. I understand what makes someone pause, pay attention, and choose — and that insight shapes how I approach content creation.
